2020 has been an overwhelming experience of love anxiety and joy. Due to the pandemic and the Corona VIrus i was able to get unemployment , and an entire year off paid, while looking for work. It has been truly a time to reflect, i time to give and a time to grow.

Imagine if fruit trees, had the ability to grow any fruit they choose, and focus to grow.
Not knowing which fruit to grow would cause hybrids yes but also might not bring fruit at all; just empty branches. You're at your favorite coffee shop after a long restful night at the casita. Iced Coffee horchata is what you'll be buying, the coffee comes as only ice blocks in your drink. So drinking the beverage quickly and desperately will only hinder the full flavor and caffeine you so badly crave.
Greed doesn't only affect the other parties interest, it affects our own. When we become greedy we hinder our full potential to enjoy our lives. Patience, and abundance be with you. ego death,Would we know color without our eyes? Would we know noise without our ears? Would we know touch without our skin? Would we know pain without our ego? Cant compare pain , and we definitely cannot explain color to a blind man, these are poor examples but are to only point to the idea of how pain exist only through the identity of how we see ourselves, and the world around us. See the watcher, and see through our pain. Pain can only exist when the thought of who you are does. No name no pain. No name doesn't mean you don't exist , it means you exist in a much broader and alive way.
anxiety is a wave that never crashesAnxiety is a wave that never crashes, it isn't natural. Is there anything more natural then a wave crashing? Human beings are fairly new compared to the ocean and how it works. We can learn a thing or two from how the ocean acts. Now imagine watching a wave that just wont crash. Gives me anxiety just thinking about it. That is what happens when we overthink, and allow our anxiety to be our identity, we never crash our idea or thought that is killing us inside. We simply keep moving and never finalize the thought. Anxiety is a tool not an identity, next time you experience anxiety think of yourself as a wave that never crashes, slow down, stop to think, coming to a conclusion is the lazy thing to do.
Silly thought: How come the water from the ocean doesn't just fill up the sky and cover the earth? what is keeping the water grounded? Gravity? live in a world without it. The little robot represents ourselves. Our true power and identity arn't the scratches on our bulb. Our identity and true power come from the generator(life). Identify with self awareness, identify with your breath.
Is a cars identity the radio station that is playing or the motor? The radio isn't what gets your from A TO B. So why are you letting your conditioned thoughts control where you are going in life. You are looking at life through a key-hole when you are experiencing crippling depression. You don't understand who you truly are, and wont until you have enough trial and errors through out your life. It takes more then positive thinking, it takes ACTION it takes courage and most of all it takes RISK. Do you have what it takes ? Depression is a car with 4 gears, trying to switch to the 5th (illusion)! There is the body and there is the mind. Take a moment and tell me are the body and mind one or separate? Can your mind tell your heart to stop beating? For me this observation proves that the mind and the body are separate. This is why depression will never be overcome through the mind. Can you lift yourself up with a fishing rod, put the hook on your shirt and reel until you are off the ground. Not going to happen, same with the mind and negative thinking. Unless we control our bodies to get outside and do something the mind isn't focused on, we wont be able to get out of our own heads.
,When we unintentionally have an accident , maybe while cutting our food or riding a bike. We will have a reminder about that incident, it could be an itch or an open soar. However if we treat our "wounds" with the right remedies are chances of healing are much greater. Our minds are very much the same, accidents can happen on a psychological level. Maybe someone said something that struck a nerve, and we don't agree one bit with the situation. This can cause real open wounds in our minds. For our physical bodies we can put a Band-Aid on it to avoid scratching it, but what about when we cant reach our soar with anything outside of ourselves? Then we have a real issue! How can we possibly heal something that we cant touch or get to? Is it possible to control what we think about and how we react to it? YES IT IS! The answer is YES!
We our are own medics and have our own personal medicine cabinet in our minds! Just think about all the wounds you have already healed! How did you get over them then! You stopped "scratching" and decided to focus your energy elsewhere! The key to our healing is refocus and reprogram our mental programming! Remember that we have to know when, and when not to trust ourselves, just because our minds are telling us there is an issue, doesn't mean that the perspective we are looking from is relevant to our surroundings and our lives. Thank you. If you saw someone scratching there cut , wouldn't you want to help them and tell them not scratch! You are the person scratching, and its your duty to tell yourself! What do you interpret from this painting? Take a look at what's happening and what do you feel this represents. We'll wait......For us this can be interpreted in many ways. Originally it represents the different stages of meditation. But If you are on the path to enlightenment, life is meditation. This represents the diff stages to enlightenment or moments of clarity that we all have. Enlightenment is a grandiose word, and is blown out of proportion. So we like to use the word clarity. You might have experienced a moment of enlightenment this morning or late last night during your favorite song. The elephant represents our mind and how it becomes more clear after experiencing moments of darkness. If you look between the man and the elephant you will see a flame. This could be different situations or circumstances in our life that either cause us to become more confused, or more aware of ourselves. The monkey in this picture is constantly tormenting the elephant and distracting it from its path. This represents fear, anxiety, doubt, hopelessness, regret, guilt and many other negative feelings. The man represents our consciousness. Now that word is confusing and shouldn't be thrown around lightly. But keep in mind how the man is always separate from the situation, He lets it control him in a nervous anxious manner , until he becomes calm, balanced and in control.
